| EXCLUSIVENESS (1) Definition: The condition or state of only being used by one particular person or group; being given to only one particular person or group. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and considered necessary. 2. Cannot be protested against or successfully challenged by who is or by those who are left out. 3. Sustains patronage. That is, the person or group stays loyal to product or service. In other words, the value obtained from exclusive use or possession is constant and is as expected. 4. Not against a law; cannot be deemed as an illegal arrangement. 5. No near or close alternative or option that provides exactly a similar or the same quality of service, is received by or given to the people assumed 'excluded'. (To emphasize.) 6.
