| EXCHANGEABILITY Definition: The state of being exchangeable (capable of being exchanged). ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. What or who is with capability will serve some purpose and also be considered necessary, if and when exchanged. 2. Items concerned in transaction or dealing will be specific and identifiable, whatever the quality or quantity. 3. What is in state will be real or realistic - can be felt with the applicable or appropriate senses, new or old. 5. The anticipated benefit or advantage, in giving and receiving will be known or can be estimated, negotiated or imposed. 6. No post-exchange condition or restriction will be attached to or provided for in the situation, liked or disliked. 7. Accessibility to and/or readiness of the things involved will be guaranteed or assured, briefly or long-lasting. 8. The things will be completely clear or open and impossible to mistake for or misunderstand as something else. 9.
