| EXCEPTION (2) Definition: A thing that does not follow a rule. ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements should be in. 1. No attempt will be made by the thing or by its controller to conform to rule. 2. No serious sanction or unplanned loss will be suffered as a result. 3. Rule is no law! That is, what is not complied with is only a regulation, policy, an expectation, etc. 4. Cannot change on its own or be forcefully changed to adapt to new or different form. (Connect to #3.) 5. Non-conformity will be generally considered as strange/odd, unique/special.
