| EXCELLENCE Definition: [ ~ (in something) ] The quality of being extremely good. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to work towards, attain and retain quality. 2. 'Too good' quality is specific and identifiable. 3. Extreme is measurable and/or assessable. 4. Quality cannot be significantly improved on at the particular time. 5. Error-free and exactly as demanded, desired or ordered. _____________________________________ BETTER THAN 'THE BEST' ... 6.
