| EX-VOTO Definition: A tablet, inscription or other votive offering put up in a chapel out of gratitude for a favor granted or in fulfilment of a vow. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary, in a giver's opinion. 2. Financed with lawful earnings, from right sources. 3. Placed or positioned conspicuously in a chapel. 4. Dedicatee won't be thought as unworthy or undeserving. 7. Cannot be withdrawn even if donor is later excommunicated. 8.
