| EVENT (1) Definition: A thing that happens, especially something important. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eleven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful, even if thought unnecessary by some (whatever). 2. Thing is specific and identifiable (whichever). 3. Happening is measurable and/or assessable (however). _________________________ NO EVENT, NO STORY ... 4. Can be recorded or remembered/recalled. That is, thing will not be easily forgotten (if ever ...). 5. Exists or lasts for a duration, however short (no matter ...). 6. Happens fully and completely. That is, no stage or part of thing is missed or skipped (irrespective of ...). 7. Thing will in the end have an effect or produce an outcome. Or end product will be a response or reaction, as necessary, from witness, participant, etc. (as always ...). 8. Happening is understandable or understood, whether it is complex, confusing, easy, etc. (interesting or uninteresting or a potpourri). _____________________________ ... NO STORY, NO HISTORY, 9. Happening can be managed or handled, when required, by the people concerned (whoever). 10. Thing is concluded, be it over days or months or ... (whenever). 11. Importance attached to thing is never lessened or misplaced.
