| EVACUEE Definition: A person who is sent away from a place because it is dangerous, especially during a war. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Willing and therefore cooperates fully with ejecting authority. 2. (Reserved.) (Has nothing significant to contribute to the war effort through presence in place.) (To emphasize.) 3. Leaves with all the valuable possessions, be these materials and/or person(s)/animal(s). 4. Survives in the place sent to, however hard or unbearable place is. That is, does not die as a direct result of relocation. 5. Will not wish, desire or plan to return to danger zone while place is unsafe/dangerous still. 6.
