Definition: The movement of people from a place of danger to a safer place.

1. Purposeful and considered necessary (to emphasize).

2. Danger is real, confirmed - whether impending or present.

3. Movement is timely effected.

4. No loss of a human life during process.

5. Arrival at new place is as planned and without stress. That is, packing, transportation, journey or journies, etc. all go smoothly.

6. (Reserved.) (New, safe place has a minimum level of comfort or convenience, that is, not less than what was had in previous, unsafe place.)

7. No damage or destruction to the environment or ecosystem during the course of movement.

8. Peace, calmness, etc. in new place is assured. That is, no new danger is faced immediately on reaching place (= safe zone).

9. Danger that prompted movement is eliminated and place is or can be made safe again.

10. Movement serves purpose(s).

11. Place that was left for a safer environment can be returned to, after the danger disappears.
