| ETHNOCRACY Definitions: i. A type of political regime, in which the state apparatus is appropriated by a dominant identity group (or groups) to further its interests, power and resources. ii. A government controlled by a particular race or national group. iii. The rule by one race, religious group or language being dominant, with all other issues being subordinate to their cause. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary, in the opinion of administration. 2. Local or domestic law will be available to support situation. 3. Not possible for an outsider to gatecrash into select body. 4. Groups being dominated will not disappear from the territory. 5. Some measure of progress and development would be achieved. 6. Lasts for as long as considered necessary and serves purpose. 7.
