Purposeful (connect to #2). 2. Considered a necessity to make judgement. 3. Details possessed are believed close to the actual cost(s), etc. required. That is, what is used to arrive at answers are approximates. 4. There is enough time to evaluate, assess, etc. the details you have (connect to #5). 5. Determination (= judgement) is made timely to help achieve objective(s). 6. Result obtained is not too far off from what the actual details, if properly considered, would have produced. 7.
