| ESTABLISHMENT (3) Definition: The act of starting or creating something that is meant to last for a long time. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Purposeful (to emphasize). 2. Considered a necessity, by founder/creator to set up an enduring legacy or 'institution'. 3. Act is based on a vision. That is, there is a strong conviction or belief about the prospects of creation outliving founder(s). 4. Foundation/ownership - legal and institutional framework - is ensured or guaranteed to be in order; unchallengeable. 5. Structure/organization is well-established and time-tested; certified to be effective and efficient; professionally-run, if necessary. 6. There is a firmness or sureness of the purposes, goals and objectives of what is being established. That is, thing is assured of legality, public-support, is environmentally-friendly or eco-friendly, etc.; right and natural. 7. Sustenance and/or support by way of funding, advice, finance, patronage, command and control, etc., is provided for and will be made available, whenever required by its operator(s)/management. 8. Reforms and reviews, whenever necessary, are constantly undertaken to keep project or idea, relevant, useful and desirable for future continuity. 9. Benefits or gains from the endeavour are sure to be ever available and/or obtainable.
