Definition: The art of arguing.

1. A conviction and/or necessity, for who will be arguing, to get into a 'debate', would have been firmly established early on.

2. An objection, observation, a disagreement, misgivings, etc. will be clearly stated and/or vigorously mentioned.

3. The position or point of view held - informed or uninformed - will be canvassed or reiterated, but without getting physical.

4. Party being opposed will be given an opportunity to express its own beliefs, and speech or talk will be attentively listened to.
