| EQUITY (3) Definition: (formal) A situation in which everyone is treated equally. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful (to emphasize). And measurement will not be required. 2. Considered a necessity, and to not show a preferential treatment. 3. Everyone for consideration, before equal treatment, is available, present, aware, conscious, etc. of the prevailing conditions. Or is adequately represented or appropriately involved in the situation. 4. Specific parameters of how all are to be treated have been established and these are known (and accepted) by all. 5. (Reserved.) (Person or authority that is enforcing equality has favourites or preferences among the lot that are being treated, yet these 'loved' ones are not given any advantage(s).) 6. No need arises in the situation to explain or justify fairness or equal treatment. That is, no person in the select group deserves to be treated differently - better or worse! (Connect to #5 & #9.) 7. No genuine complaints and no grumbling can arise from situation. Or complaints, etc., if any, will all be baseless. 8. Situation achieves objective(s), though it is not the same as making become equal. 9. No regret arises from the aftermath of equal treatment.
