| EQUALITY Definitions: i. The fact of being equal in rights, status, advantages, etc. ii. The state or an instance of being same in number, degree, value, rank, meaning or other standard of comparison. iii. The state or instance of being without advantage on either side; even. iv. Differences, similarities, etc. that exists are same in quality (value) and quantity (number). 5. Effects, outputs or outcomes from the entities are not different in any material particular. 6. Recognized by the law and by applicable rules and regulations as the same, and so treated (or maltreated!). 7. Evidence or proof has been adduced or can be provided to support claim of lack of difference between the entities. 8.
