And if with a collaboration, this cooperation is, duly acknowledged. 3. Fulfils eligibility requirement for acceptance for consideration. That is, what is submitted will not be rejected. 4. Submitted timely and in accordance with the rules of competition. 5. Acknowledged as received by organizers (connect to #4). 6. Not the only submission made. That is, there is another or there are others with which a comparison can be made (to emphasize, connect to #7). 7. Adjudged as excellent, even if it does not win a coveted first prize or position. 8.
