Purposeful (connect to #2). 2. Considered a necessity to leave thing in firm condition. 3. Has a legal backing or has appropriate approval/authorization. 4. Unshakable or unmovable, whether by human (physical, etc.) or legal or natural or supernatural forces. 5. Serving or fulfilling its purpose(s) in the condition of permanence that it is in (to emphasize). 6. Thing is in the 'complete' state - needs no change, alteration, replacement, relocation, review, etc. 7. No unplanned loss occurs as a direct result of firmness. 8. State or condition exists for duration planned or hoped for. 9.
