| ENTHUSIAST (3) Definition: (especially history) A person who feels intense religious emotion and who manifests it extravagantly. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Most vocal, active, conspicuous, etc., especially if in a crowd. 2. Gets to the venue of a religious event or activity earliest or earlier than most of co-religionists or the other worshippers. 3. Holds nothing back - plate offering will be max, volunteerism will be instant, participation or involvement will be thorough, etc., etc. 4. Never willing to pause to rethink actions or engage in a debate on faith and religious practices, and will disguise doubts, if any. 5. Believes in the efficacy of the 'tools' - fast, holy water, etc. And so, patronizes provider(s) of 'miracles' or the miraculous. 6.
