Purposeful and considered a necessity by the industrialists, entrepreneurs, etc. to not wait for the government. 2. Businesses involved in are all legal. And regulated appropriately by the particular industry regulators/watchers and/or government. 3. Business practices are lawful and the businesses are thriving. 4. Contributes to the council's, state's, region's, country's, continent's, etc. economy and well-being. 5. Government provides the enabling environment, but this excludes subsidies, tax holidays or breaks, grants, etc. 6. Competition is keen and healthy among the people involved in the trading, buying, manufacturing, distribution, etc. activities. 7. Sectors of the economy in which the entrepreneurs are involved are diverse and varied (to emphasize). 8. The people in the private sectors developing businesses cooperate with those participating in entrepreneurship in the public sector and/or with corporate, public-owned businesses or government-owned industries. 9. The businesses involved in do not deplete or drain the region's natural and human resources, without the possibility of a replenishment, restoration, rejuvenation, etc. (to emphasize). 10. Situation or arrangement lasts for desired or appropriate duration to help sustain the economy of country, etc. 11.
