| ENFORCER Definition: A person whose responsibility is to make sure that other people perform the actions they are supposed to do, especially in a government. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. 2. Has the necessary wherewithal to perform task. That is, backed appropriately by government's law enforcement agents and law ! 3. Does not do anything that is against the law or flout a rule in the course of discharging responsibility. 4. Does not use unreasonable force in carrying out duties, whether challenged in court or not. 5. Serves purpose(s). That is, gets obeyed at all times. 6. Performs duties without fear or favour.
