| ENFORCEMENT (1) Definition: The act of ensuring that people obey a particular law or rule. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to ensure compliance. 2. Unreasonable force is not used to achieve goal(s). And no negative after-effect, fallout, etc. will arise after act, from the method used to ensure compliance. 3. Act is not done against a legal authority. That is, no law exists that bans the insistence on a forceful obedience. 4. Cost of ensuring compliance is minimal to the authority. 5. No unplanned loss occurs for the enforcers. 6. Particular law or rule is not due for a repeal or relaxation, shortly after compulsion is ensured. 7. Law or rule is not being challenged in a court of law, an arbitration panel, etc. Or there is no lawful ruling suspending the method of ensuring a forceful compliance. 8. Act or process achieves objective(s). 9. Law or rule or regulation is not ambiguous.
