| ENERGY (1) Definition: The ability to put effort and enthusiasm into an activity, work, etc. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to exert effort and to show enthusiasm. 2. Directed appropriately to relevant tasks, endeavours or responsibilities. 3. The probable or possible end result(s) (= gain, benefit, profit, etc.) are known and believed attainable. And the risks and dangers, if any, in activity or work are also known. 4. Ability is sustained or sustainable for the duration required to help achieve goal(s): incredible! 5. Rate or speed of use (= dissipation) is not too fast. That is, decline or decrease, as a result of usage is not worrying. In other words, what is put in (= effort and enthusiasm) is not excessive at any one time. 6. Not finished at the end of work or activity. That is, ability does not end in a breakdown, or exhaustion does not lead to a health problem or death! (connect to #4). 7.
