| END-USER Definition: A person who actually uses a product rather than one who makes or sells it, especially a person who uses a product connected with computers. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Person has a purpose and necessity for use or usage. 2. Accepts product in state presented. That is, knows the right quality of product and can reject a defective one, if necessary. 3.
