Purposeful and necessary. 2. Specific and identifiable (to emphasize). 3. Thing is measurable and/or assessable. 4. Firm or fixed in form, that is, does not later, on its own, change its constituents, components, shape, etc. In other words, thing is fully grown, developed, matured, etc. 5. Does not cause a damage, destruction, an unplanned loss, etc. during the production/manufacturing process, especially to machinery/equipment, worker(s) or the environment/ecosystem. 6. Comes out without a defect or an error. 7. Useful or usable, even if this usefulness is not very obvious, or thing is not made to serve any purpose. 8. Not a blatantly illegal thing, except ... !
