| ENCLOSURE (3) Definition: The act of placing a fence or wall around a piece of land. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to place fence or wall. 2. Approval or authority is obtained. That is, plans, drawings, materials, etc. are the correctly authorized ones. 3. Land is the correct piece, not one identified in error and then fenced/walled. 4. Erection of structure was properly or professionally done. That is, fence or wall is built according to approved designs and is, therefore, not likely to collapse afterwards. 5. Structure stays in place for period of time desired. 6.
