| ENCLAVE (1) Definition: An area of a country or city where the people have a different religion, culture or nationality from those who live in the country or city that surrounds it. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eleven elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and considered necessary. 2. Planned and/or designed appropriately. 3. Practice of religion or beliefs does not involve an illegality. 4. Area is subject to the laws guiding the whole country or city. 5. Can be entered and operated in, by the law enforcement agents in the course of performing their routine or specially authorized duties. 6. Safe, secured and protected. 7. Clean, neat, generally tidy. 8. Has adequate social and infrastructural facilities. That is, can be lived in for a long period of time without a need to venture out! 9. Peaceful for residents and visitors alike. That is, residents are not at war with the neighbours ! 10.
