Purposeful and necessary. 2. Place is habitable, receptive or usable (connect to #5 & #6). 3. Nothing hidden or that is not easily seen, or smelled, etc. is planted in place. 4. No ghost or spirit in ! And no matter (= atom, molecule, etc.) or element (= earth (dust), air (breeze), fire (smoke) and water (moisture) in the place!! 5. Place remains empty for desired period of time. 6. Serves purpose(s).
