The need to employ person is established. 2. Advert, request, demand, announcement, etc. as applicable, is made. 3. Application or interest is submitted or shown by the interested person(s). 4. Examination, interview, vetting, etc. are conducted properly. 5. An offer, including details of the terms and conditions of service applicable, is made to the selected candidate. 6. Acceptance of an offer is confirmed. 7. Formalization and documentation of agreement (= offer and acceptance) is concluded. And act is gazetted, where necessary. 8.
