EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Definition: Emotional intelligence is used to refer to people's interpersonal and communication skills.

1. Purposeful and necessary.

2. Expressive and transparent.

3. Understandable, free and concise.

4. Evaluation of circumstances responsible for emotions brought about by thoughts or a misthought must take place as a matter of first principle.

5. Displayed when it will be most appreciated, to/by only the right person(s), in the proper measure(s), and at appropriate place(s).

6. Sustainable for the period of time desired or required.

7. Independent and whole. That is, talk, etc. needs no interpreter.

8. Defensible or justifiable, even if thought or assumed disruptive.

9. Serves purpose(s), if emotional quotient is more than average.
