Standard of living in new country is not worse than what would have been had if person stayed back 'at home'. 5. Not in new country illegally. And obeys all the laws of host country. 6. Duration of stay is or will be as as planned or desired. 7. Will not acquire the citizenship of new country. And does not take up a new nationality while away from motherland (to emphasize). 8. Remembers country of origin while away and his or her relations, if any, left behind. 9. Contributes positively to the progress, advancement and/or development of host country. 10. Has no desire to return before a planned return 'due date'. 11. Achieves goal(s) of relocation (connect to #2). 12.
