Purposeful and considered a necessity to become or be made known. 2. The thing (= fact, idea, etc.) was searched for or an investigation to discover same took place. 3. Takes or took some time to become known, that is, the fact, idea, etc. was initially elusive. 4. Understandable, understood or appreciated on being known, whether it is made use of or not. That is, fact, idea, etc. has no complications or controversies. 5. Fact, idea, etc. comes out whole: fully and completely. 6. Coming 'out' to become known is not morally or legally wrong; not an indefensible act. 7.
