EMANCIPATION (1)

Definition: The act or process of a person being freed, especially from legal, political or social restrictions.

1. Purposeful (connect to #2).

2. Considered necessary to be free.

3. Person or thing is desirous of quick freedom - won't resist being set free or ask for release to be delayed.

4. Act or process is effected - commenced and concluded - timely to help achieve the objective(s) (connect to #8).

5. Nothing is done to restrict movement immediately after release. And person is not liable to be rearrested soon after.

6. Release is not into a dangerous or disadvantageous position. That is, person or animal will not wish immediately after 'freedom' that former restrictions were still in place, as a result of new situation.

7. Nothing in cash or kind is paid to obtain freedom. (To emphasize.)

8. Period after release is productively used. (Connect to #7.)

9. No payback, revenge, vengeance, 'case', etc. is being planned or even contemplated after release.
