No unplanned loss, damage, destruction, etc. arises or occurs in the process or as a result. 4. No pain, injury or wound occurs from effort or process. 5. New state (= length, duration, etc.) is retained or maintained for period of time hoped for. 6. Act or outcome achieves objective(s), be it a gain (celebration) or loss (punishment). 7. What is elongated cannot return or be made to return to its former (usual?) position, if desired, without a serious fallout or negative after-effect. 8.
