| ELICITATION Definition: Information or reaction that is gotten from somebody, often with difficulty. ______________________________________________________________________ * All twelve elements would be in. 1. There is an inkling or a suspicion of what data or response would be - negative or positive - before it is secured. 4. Information or reaction is complete and full. 7. What is provided is timely and promptly given. 8.
