ELICITATION

Definition: Information or reaction that is gotten from somebody, often with difficulty.

3. There is an inkling or a suspicion of what data or response would be - negative or positive - before it is secured.

6. Information or reaction is complete and full.

7. What is provided is timely and promptly given.

8. Information or reaction is what is normal in the circumstances, natural or unnatural, good or bad - but not an artificial or a fake.

9. A loss will occur if information or reaction is not received.

10. What is gotten is important, vital. (Connect to #5 & #6.)

11. No illegality, threat or use of force, inducement, etc. is employed to obtain information or response. That is, methods used includes persuasion, pleading, promise-making, etc.

12. What is got serves purpose(s).
