The thing foreseen (WHAT?) will be very specific and identifiable. 5. The extent, measure (HOW?) or the time, frequency (WHEN?) will be measurable and/or assessable. 6. Other stakeholders, if any, (WHO?), that should be aware of what is impending, would be informed on time. 7. Mobilized and ready (BUSY) to face the future, or does the thing (ACTIVE) correctly, whatever tomorrow brings or no matter what it is. 8. Won't be distracted. That is, person will be fully conscious and focused. In other words, will be very deeply (SURELY) consistent. 9.
