| EGALITARIAN Definition: A person who acts based on, or holding, the belief that everyone is equal and should have the same rights and opportunities. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Person has a purpose and considers it a necessity. 2. Has no preconceived opinions and ideas about person, race, profession, people, etc. 3. Knows what constitutes equity, justice, fairness, etc. 4. Gives the same opportunity or opportunities to all who have the same or equal qualification(s). That is, does not discriminate on the basis of religion, creed, race, sex, etc. ________________________________ EQUAL BEFORE THE LAW... 5. Gives a timely and appropriate response to each person's remarks and/or comments. 6. Has a high level of self-control and self-discipline, to be able to cope with the action, reaction or overreaction of the people he or she is dealing with. 7.
