Adequate 'savings' of time, money, etc. is or will be made from method or style of use or usage. 5. 'Reserve' or saving is or will be put into judicious and/or positive use. 6. There will be no regret for careful or restrained use or usage. That is, no loss or damage will be suffered as a result of the quantum of time, etc. used. 7. Act serves purpose(s).
