That is, it is confirmed safe to attempt and to do thing. 4. No law, regulation or rule is broken or flouted in trying to do thing. 5. No outstanding demand for the conclusion of a suspended task that ought to be ongoing, ... till completion. 6. No likelihood of a problem, an emergency or an illness! 7. State lasts for duration planned or hoped for. 8. No serious goal or target that will demand a deadline, an in-depth research, some detailed planning, etc. 9.
