| EARLINESS Definition: The quality or a situation of arriving, or doing before the usual, expected or planned time. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful to be early for the 'early bird'. 2. Considered a necessity to be earlier than normal (connect to #3). 3. A basis exists for decision - duty, order, plan, fear, etc. 4. Nothing would have been left undone or unattended to as a result of a 'hurry', 'rush', 'desperation', etc. to be early. 5. Destination (place) is exactly the right one and thing (act) to do is or will be correctly done. That is, nothing is forgotten behind and no unplanned loss arises from early appearance or action. 6. No wastage or excesses, in the usage of resources occurs from the assumed 'advantage' had. That is, very early arrival is at no extra costs and action taken does not involve non budgeted expenditure. 7. Saved time and resources, is/are used productively, on completion of task in a place or at the end of action taken. 8.
