| EAR-PIERCING Definition: The practice of making small holes in somebody's ears so jewellery can be put in them. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and considered necessary to put holes in ears. 2. Made with the awareness and/or permission of the person whose ears are to be pierced. (Or with no complaints when baby grows!) 3. Hole is made with the minimum pain. 4. Leaves no sore, wound, injury, etc. on ears. 5. Holes are of the right dimensions, however 'big' or 'small'. 6. Holes are appropriately positioned (connect to #2). 7. (Reserved.) (Never deliberately covered. Or baby does not grow up and wish the holes were not made.) 8. Serves purpose(s).
