| DUMPING Definition: The act or practice of dumping something, especially dangerous substances. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and considered necessary to dump things. 2. Identification, collection, packaging, handling, etc. of dangerous substances, is effectively done in preparation for the act. 3. Selection or identification of dump site is made. 4. Movement and transportation takes place as planned. And no spillage takes place during the process (= 'journey'). 5. Act is not an illegality. That is, not a banned activity by the laws in existence in particular place or country. 6. Substances are dropped or thrown in the exact point desired. 7.
