| DULLNESS (4) Definition: (of the weather) The state of being not bright, with a lot of clouds. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Forecasted and/or prepared for (to emphasize). 2. Accepted. That is, no effort is made or attempted, where possible, to change the condition of the weather. 3. Situation does not bring about a loss (connect to #2 & #4). 4. What is planned to be accomplished during the time that weather is not bright and is cloudy, is still achievable or achieved. 5. What is predicted to accompany dull weather, and to come after its spell, comes to pass. 6. Condition lasts for duration desired or planned. 7.
