The negative features of the impending situation will be fairly known or can be guesstimated. 2. There will be no preparation or readiness to handle or deal with the soon-to-be bad situation. 3. The loss, disadvantage, etc. that will arise when the state is entered will be very enormous. 4. It will not be possible in the prevailing circumstances to avoid or delay the inevitable 'plunge'. 5.
