Date is known; specific and identifiable, whether it is past, present or ahead. ___________________ ON THE CALENDAR ! 2. Processes that can lead or that led to being owed or that results or resulted in an expectation have been completed or concluded (to emphasize). _______________________________________________ SHOULD BE YESTERDAY, TODAY ... OR TOMORROW. 3. No occurrence or doing that was or is unforeseen, happened or will happen to make date unrealizable - postponed or cancelled. _________________________________________________ A BANK HOLIDAY OR PUBLIC/NATIONAL HOLIDAY OR ... 4. Date does not turn out disappointing or did not turn out a disappointment. That is, no excuse when day arrives/arrived.
