Dry-cleaning
DRY-CLEANING

Definition: The act or process of cleaning clothes using chemicals instead of water.

1. Purposeful for owner of clothes.

2. Considered necessary not to use water to keep clothes clean.

3. Clothes are checked for the purpose of removing items that are unwanted, to avoid spoilage, damage, disfigurement, etc. of clothes.

4. Clothes are not damaged as a result of the chemicals applied. And where necessary, a separation of clothes is undertaken before act.

5. Level of cleanliness achieved, after cleaning, is of the highest grade.

6. Clothes are arranged after, in a 'ready-to-wear' manner, whether they are hung or folded.

7. No dust or speck of dirt appears on clothes after they are certified as 'washed and cleaned'! That is, clothes are packed or covered appropriately.

8. (Reserved.) (Act, that is, dry-clean, was not against the clothes manufacturer's directions!)

9. Act achieves objective(s) or process serves purpose(s).
