______________________________________________________________________

* All thirteen elements would be in.

1. State or condition is deliberately gotten into. That is, person takes alcohol of own freewill and drink was swallowed in mouthfuls. In other words, getting intoxicated, was purposeful, whether with or without a 'reasonable justification'.

2. Not in an organized or composed situation. That is, person (or animal?!) is careless and/or carefree in the state.

3. Not in a smart or 'alert mode'. That is, there is a greater exposure to danger or risk in the condition. In other words, reflexes, thoughts, etc. are less sharp in state.

4. Not attractive or desirable, even if tolerated. That is, state is repulsive to the sober or those with their senses intact.

5. Not optimally useful. That is, maximum benefit cannot be provided or obtained from person in drunken state.

6. Not truly respected or liked. That is, not treated by the sane, with real importance or reverence.

7. Not trusted, believed or taken too seriously. That is, person cannot be fully relied on in condition.

8. Memory, senses, recall, etc. are impaired in the situation.

9. Recollection of state, where applicable, will be regretted later, on becoming sober, whether a lesson is learned or not (to emphasize, see definition).

10. No serious attempt or effort will be made by the drunk to address or face his or her demons. And advice or admonition will be disregarded by drinker. That is, there will be no determination to get out of bad state, during and after period in/of stupor.

11. Great losses, in respect of health, finance, reputation - if any remaining - etc. will occur to drunk during the period, whether this is realized or not (connect to #9 & #13).

12. (Reserved.) (Drunk never truly agrees that he or she is past 'the limit'!)

13. (Assumed) being drunk or getting drunk serves purpose(s) or achieves objective(s), in the opinion of 'fool'.
