Has a purpose and considers it a necessity to regularly take illegal drugs. 2. Does not jeopardize his or her state of health. (ha! ha!) (At least, that's what he/she thinks!) 3. Does not become financially ruined as an outcome of regular habit. 4. Never forces another to join the 'trips' or 'highs'. 5. Does not commit an additional illegality, while high (to emphasize). 6. Never caught by the law or law-enforcement. 7. Achieves objective(s), whatever this/these is/are. 8. Will stop habit, hopefully someday, in the future.
