| DROWNING Definition: Death that is caused by being underwater too long, such that you cannot breathe; the act of killing somebody in this way. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. * This is not about the killing! 1. Purposeful and necessary, to be underwater, but not to die! That is, death is not a suicide. 2. There was a fierce 'struggle' before breathe finally ceased. 3. No collateral damage is caused by the dying, especially to the person(s) who might have attempted a rescue. 4. No serious unresolved issue(s) is/are left behind by the deceased, with or without a will and last testament. 5. Body (= corpse) is recovered intact, whole from ocean, pool, etc. 6.
