| DROVER Definition: A person who moves groups of cows or sheep from one place to another, especially to market. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary (see definition). 2. Mode of transportation is considered appropriate for the animals. 3. Person is with the animals throughout the period. 4. Animals are well and correctly looked after - fed, washed or clean, treated, if necessary, etc. 5. Does not slaughter or kill any of the animals under his or her watch for the sake of eating its meat or using it for any other purpose(s). 6. Makes sales.
