| DRIVING TEST Definition: A test that must be passed before you are qualified to drive a car, etc. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eleven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to undergo test (to emphasize). 2. Test candidate had a provisional licence, before coming for the 'final confirmation'. 3. Examiner is qualified. And recognized by the law as a tester! 4. Car, etc. to be used during test, is the choice of candidate or is acceptable to 'learner driver' (to emphasize). 5. There is no expressed objection, by the candidate, to the assigned examiner. 6. Examiner is in a proper frame of mind during the exercise. 7. All the regulations or laid down procedures in manual, etc. are complied with by the examiner (connect to #5, to emphasize). 8. No bias or subjectivity by examiner (connect to #6). 9. Assessment of driving ability is made thoroughly and/or professionally. 10. Result of test is announced immediately at the end of process. (And, where applicable, driving licence is issued promptly!) 11. The test, whether passed or failed, serves purpose(s). _____________________________________ ... WHEREVER IT TAKES PLACE. ...
