| DRIVER (1) Definition: A person who drives a vehicle. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and considers driving a necessity, once behind the wheels, whether or not with a destination in mind (see perfect NERVOUS BREAKDOWN). 2. Person is in a proper frame of mind at the time he or she is in control of vehicle (see perfect ROAD HOG). 3. Person is in excellent health, with all the five faculties working well while driving; not colour-blind, drowsy or sleepy, hard of hearing, etc. (see perfect ROAD SENSE). 6. Concentrates fully while behind the steering. And not driving under the influence. Does not disobey traffic rules and regulations and breaks no law while driving. Obeys the traffic wardens and gives way quickly to 'flashing lights' (see perfect OVERTAKING). 8. Does not cause or get directly involved in a mishap or an accident. And if unfortunate to be involved in a crash, does not become a 'hit-and-run' [see perfect CARRIAGEWAY (1).] 9.
